Rental Terms & Conditions
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday – flexibility in the off season.
Check-in and key pick up is between 2pm and 5pm at our office. If arriving after 5pm, please call our office to make arrangements.
Check-out and key return is no later than 10am at our office. You must leave the property in the same general condition as found upon entry. All personal belongings, food and rubbish must be removed; all dishes cleaned and put away; all furnishings placed in their original position.
No pets – No smoking at any of our properties. No exceptions.
Unless stated on your amenity sheet, you are responsible to bring sheets, bath & beach towels, and paper products. For your convenience, click on the following links for linen and equipment rentals: AuntieVis or Essential Rentals.
Our website features real time online booking – when you reserve
online, we call to confirm and email your lease and amenity. A signed copy of
lease must be returned with your payment to:

The total number of guests at any property can not exceed the occupancy limits set by town ordinance.
Payment Information
- At the time of booking, half of the rent and the processing fee are due within 10 days. Final payment is due by May 31st. Reservations made after May 31st must be paid in full at time of booking. Any reservation made within 14 days of check-in must be paid with a money order and sent by overnight mail.
- We charge a lease processing fee of $ 95.00 which includes a non-refundable damage waiver. Damage waiver protects you and the homeowner for accidental property damage up to $1500. during your stay.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, or bank checks (US funds only) made payable to Martha Murray Vacation Rentals. Sorry, no credit cards.
- We offer travel insurance thru CSA (6.95% of the rent). Click on the link for more information and a description of coverage.
